	New Chris Industries Corp, Winnower 500, Cap Sorter. CIC 500 Shown here with a standard 8’ tall tower and 6’ product discharge. Sorter comes standard with a 25 cubic foot product bin ( optional 50 cubic foot shown ). Winnower uses a high pressure air knife to blow product from sorter in to cap chute system. Sorter is powered by a .5 HP Stainless Steel drum motor, mounted inside the frame, for seamless appearance and quiet operation. Sorter has all 304 Stainless Steel construction. Winnower can run up to 1500CPM on standard 28MM beverage caps.
	Winnower Controls come standard with; NEMA 4X Control Cabinet. Allen Bradley Microlodgics 1000 PLC. Allen Bradley Powerflex 4 Frequency Drive for the belt. Motor Starter for Regenerative Blower. Pro Face touch screen. Main Disconnect. Start/Stop Push Buttons. “E” Stop with reset Push Button.  Interlocks with Filler and Capper. Note: Other specific components available upon request.
